We offer Free Shipping in Europe (UK included) to all our customers.
Shipping outside Europe is free for orders above 200€. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are 20€.
Buying online is always a risk. This is why we want to make it as easy as possible to change your mind once you receive the product. Just get in touch within 2 weeks from the day you received the product and we'll pay for the return costs, no questions asked (although feedback is always important for us).
P.S. All our customers were pleasantly surprised once they received the products. Glass jewellery doesn't always come across as we would like in pictures.
Each single glass bead is handmade by Cosima in her atelier in Venice using top-quality Effetre Murano Glass. Other materials include stainless steel, hypoallergenic brass, leather and waxed cotton cords.
If you have strong allergies or specific requests, just get in touch before buying, we'll gladly answer all your questions.
We believe that our jewellery shouldn't be disposable, however, things break. Even if after years a bead breaks or something else happens, we'll be always available. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
